PRESIDENTA DEL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL DE ORURO REALIZÓ UN ACTO CONMEMORATIVO AL DÍA DE LA MADRE

A iniciativa de la Presidenta del Concejo Municipal de Oruro Prof. Sara Olivera Choque, realizó un acto conmemorativo y entrega de reconocimientos en homenaje al «Día de la Madre», en ambientes del Salón Luis Ramiro Beltrán.
